Borough Council – Lets Talk Survey – Budgeting – Deadline 1 December
Information from Borough Council of Kings Lynn and West Norfolk.
Through www.letstalkwestnorfolk.co.uk, they are asking residents of West Norfolk how they value different services, and asking for their opinions on charges, as well as asking what ideas they themselves may have. They are doing this because the Borough council has a plan to support the borough as a place where people and businesses can thrive but, like councils across the country, our budgets are under pressure and they have some decisions to make about what they prioritise. It’s really important that the views of residents are taken into account in making those decisions so they are asking people to tell them what is most important to them.
As a thank you for taking part, they are offering the chance to win passes or tickets from Alive.T he survey is open to anyone – the Borough Council welcome the views of young people – and can be completed online (our preference if possible) or on paper (which I can supply on request). They can make it available in large print or easy-read and also have some capacity to attend events using ipads to support people to fill it out.
The survey opens today and closes at midnight on 1 December.
